convert my 2006 autocad file (.dwg) to older autocad version

I have this autocad file i need to edit but it won't open in autocad 2000. Does anyone has a recent autocad to convert this file for me?

Let me know how much you want for this.

If you have time for extra task you can add color background and provide image as jpeg or bmp to me.
