we want to build a website that have the same features as this site [login to view URL] you should be able to build a map with same features, we prefer to have it by joomla so we can use a joomla components if you can customize it as the website have profiles and forums and user management so if you can work with that make a bid we will make a design as PSD and you should be able to apply it on the website so if we using joomla you will make a joomla template out of it NOTE : we release payment after the website is 100% done and we are happy with it
