I am looking for a coder to create a "quality" seo-enhanced
link exchange/directory similar to the popular [url removed, login to view]
I may need to pick multiple coders, so please pick
on what would apply to you the most:
1: I can code your site, and provide outstanding graphics and content that will entice clients to signup!
2: I can code your site only.
3: I can only provide outstanding graphics!

will entice clients to signup.
Short Description:
Create stable SEO links directory similar to popular directories such as [url removed, login to view] - clients would choose account type to signup, client would upload code that would fit there site php/asp/etc, script verifies code has been uploaded to clients website, then clients website becomes active within the directory. script will verify to see if all clients sites are valid with set time by admin, if sites are found invalid for certain amount of days set by admin, then clients URL is placed on hold, they will be delisted from all directories, until the verification process runs again, if their site is found valid, then the clients site will become valid again, otherwise the clients site will remain inactive until their site is verified again.
I have not listed all details as I just wanted you to
get an idea on what is to become. I do want an advertising system so clients can advertise banners/text links
through out all directory pages. coder should also be familer with asp, as part of the client code could be downloaded in asp. coder should know how to setup instant paypal for services..IE: (text/banner ads go live once payment is rec'd)
coder should be familer with cron jobs...coder should also
be familer with modrewrite.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
