Barcode Image Generator for the Web

I need a small server application that will run on windows that when I request an image file from it it will generate a barcode with a specific number... for example if I request [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] it will then send me an image of a barcode with a Coder 3 of 4 barcode with the number 776584 on it. This means if I have an HTML tag like this: img src="[login to view URL]" it would then send me a image with the code 3 of 4 image with 87674 coded into it. I need to be able to specify the port number for the server to run on. The barcodes have to be able to be printed from the web browser and be able to be scanned on a barcode scanner. This program has to be VERY reliable and run on a windows 98/2000 server and it needs to be so reliable that it will not crash! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98 Windows ME Windows XP Windows 2000
