We are in search of a talented programmer to design and build a website for apartment rental and home buyers.
Below are few basic function of the site;
-Site will have 3 types of user, site admin, registered user(Agent or Member), and Visitors
-Member will be able to create user account with their email
-Password will be encrypted in the DB
-Registered member or Agent will be able to list apartments for rent or homes to sell.
-Listed property has to be approved by Site Admin for listing to be visible on the site
-Visitor to the site will be able to view listed approved properties in list view
- Visitor will be able to open listed property in detail view
- site will provide visitors option to provide feedback for members or Agents on their experience and member can respond.
There are other features the site would have and i am willing to discuss once the project is awarded.
