OVERVIEW: This is Phase II of our website development and will follow the format used by [login to view URL] and WeBuyHouses.NET. These sites allow users to subscribe and receive the information (posted by site visitors) about houses in their area. This is all based on the mailing ZIP CODE. These websites allow visitors to enter data about the house they are trying to sell. Visitors enter their name, contact information, address, and basic house information. This information is then forwarded to the USER that has subscribed to that area. We are using a Wordpress site with VISUAL FORM BUILDER to collect the visitor and housing data. We need a coder to develop the system for USERS to receive the data, based on the ZIP CODE they are subscribed to. DETAILS: VISITORS will enter their name, contact information and housing data. USERS will receive this data, based on ZIP CODE. For example, when a USER has subscribed to our website, they will receive the information about houses in their area, based on zip code. If the user subscribes to zip code 28604, they will receive all the information for that area. The current website allow visitors to input data about their house, address, city, state, zip, etc. We want to develop a system where this information can be supplied to website USERS. USERS will be able to REGISTER on the site and create an account. USERS will be able to SUBSCRIBE to information for each ZIP CODE. USERS should be able to edit their information, name, address, city, state, zip, phone and billing information. They will also be able to edit which ZIP CODES they subscribe to. The admin should be able to edit this information, also. USERS will be required to provide all the following information when they register: First Name, Last Name Mailing Address City, State, Zip Code Phone Number Email Address They will be able to select the zip codes to subscribe to. Only one person will be able to subscribe to each zip code. If a USER 1 subscribes to 28604, then USER 2 will not be able to subscribe to that zip code. When a visitor fills out the form and has a house in that zip code, the information will be forwarded to the USER for that zip code. Each USER will be billed through PayPal, based on the number of zip codes they select. The ADMIN will be able to edit these prices and make changes. 1 Zip = $2.50, billed by the year 2-5 Zips = $1.50 (each) per month, billed by the year 6-10 Zips = $1.00 (each) ... 11-25 Zips = $0.75 (each) ... 26-100 Zips = $0.65 (each) ... 101 + Zips = $0.50 (each) ... All Users will be billed annually. USERS should be able to log into their account to review recent leads and change their email notification. USERS should be able to select their notification method; email or website. EMAIL users will receive and email for every VISITOR in their area. WEBSITE users will login to review their leads. USERS will be able to select a MARKETING package to purchase. The code word to indicate you have read the whole proposal is "blither". Package 1 > $25 - Includes 5 WeBuyHouses Signs Package 2 > $100 - Includes 15 Signs and Business Cards Package 3 > $250 - Includes 25 Signs, Business Cards, Mailing Flyers, etc. The ADMIN will be able to add, edit, delete packages and prices. The packages can be purchased any time. There should be a place on the USER page to PURCHASE MARKETING PACKAGE. USERS should be able to UNSUBSCRIBE to ZIP CODES and the website.
