Display Google Map with icon in website

Need a provider who can do the following: It's for a section of my website, similar concept like malaysiacrimes(dot)com site but not too complex. General Overview - display overview google map with icons on different place. - each icon,when click can display a subtitle with link to articlepage - each link will display article content with zoom-in map (eg. malaysiacrime(dot)com/crime/title/i-got-robbed-by-bikers-at-maybank-kelana-park-view/) ADMIN - put in subtitle, date, full article, set icon type, set map location (see attachment), display maps after location set (without refresh page) (like [login to view URL](dot)com/crime/create/) - Display at the bottom: Subtitle, Days at XXX - can delete/edit/modify post Please suggest more ideas, on how it can be more interactive and useful. Timeline is 5 days upon selection. Budget: $200 or less
