hi there, I am looking to build a website along the lines of 10000hits.net. it will be free to join, but will need a members area and also the following things a rotator for all members that carries their unique information the members area will contain links for programs that can supply good traffic solutions. so the members area needs to store the information of the sponsors URL, then hold their own so they can promote and build their traffic network. I am looking for a complete solution on this, including website design, database, installation, upkeep and so on. Ideally this will be the first of many sites, so will be looking to align myself with someone who I can work closely with ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
