Development of an existing website, Flash, SQL Server, and housekeeping with some reports to be created from SQL(repost)

I had a developer work on bringing me [[login to view URL]][1], which is a website used for displaying various things about running referees for Rugby Union here in the UK. I am responsible for a lot of tweaks and improvements that we need to setup. I am keen to learn if someone can help me with some housekeeping developing and improvements, as well as some major changes to the site to include the following : 1. SMS alerting of appointments to games - a referee is allocated a game and gets alerted by Text when the site is updated. 2. SMS alerting of appointments to Clubs who require a referee for a game. 3. Email alerting for the above as well. 4. A suite of approximately 6 standard reports to be defined with a developer driven from our SQL server instance that the site uses. 6. Development and incorporation of simple FLASH 7. Redesign of look and feel of the site to be more professional 8. SQL Server interface review 9. Establishment of a web development staging environment with our current hosting providers The housekeeping will be a review of the format, coding. There is a general list of to do's that I have. Requirements from you. 1. You will need to show that you can provide this service, by having done something similar before 2. You should have access for me to see the project on a staging server not the live site, and or work with me to develop the staging environment with the current host providers. 3. I will pay at each stage of delivery, after testing, providing we use the Rentacoder escrow and payments processes. ? I have an initial set of basic requirements for review and to work on, as well as the next steps for the site on a bigger scale. ## Deliverables Please Remember 1.
