Develop New Website

I am looking for someone to design a website for me, including some flash animation on the site (not on an intro page) and develop a logo for use on the site and other marketing material. We have purchased the domain name [[login to view URL]][1] already and the hosting. The business is a senior management and development company, so the site must look professional, slick and modern, but should not be overly fussy or complicated. Initially looking for 5 pages, Home, About Us, Development Programmes, Case Studies, Contact Us. The name is Vision Organisational Management Development Ltd, hence the Vision OMD name. Happy to leave the graphics, logo and colour scheme to the designer, but will want some animation on the logo and some flash boxes that will display relevant words and themes. Further suggestions welcomed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform No speacial needs, but needs to be accessible by most people surfing the web.
