Design and Create Site (with CMS)

Hello, I have some rough designs of a website. I need someone to work with these and produce more concrete designs. Then splice these up and build the whole site, including inner pages. The pages must use proper CSS and be WC3 compliant There are approximately 15 pages and also a 'register' popup box when people click on 'register', where they put in their name and email and the details are saved into the database. The home page will need a small rotating flash image, and an 'offers' part. (Will be explained in more detail later). All the other pages are very simple, just navigation and an image at the top, with text + images below.? Each page needs to be editable by the admin and the site should be written in PHP and MySQL. Let me know if there are any questions. ## Deliverables In more detail: Home Page: Navigation will involve drop downs. Rotating flash images - there will be 5 images which I can send to the coder to make the flash. Then on the right hand side we need a small box (of text) which will show the offers available. The admin can edit these offers and the box will rotate through each of the offers (probably made in javascript?). Below this will be the link to register, which will be a popup box (ajax?) where users can put in their name and email and this will be saved to the database for the admin to view. All of the other pages are simple, there will be an image at the top with the navigation. Then the main text with images below.? On the 'restaurant' page. The user will need to be able to download a pdf file of the menu of the restaurant. The admin should be able to update this file.? The final part of the site will be the calendar/events page. On this page will be a list of all the events happening. There are approx 5 different types of events that will be happening once a month or so. So the admin needs to be able to add types of event. Then associate an event to a date. E.g. The admin creates the type of event 'Test Day' puts in a description for this type of event. Then they can put that this type of event happens on e.g. 5th May and 12th June. This will be shown in the Calendar and when the user puts the mouse over, it will show the description of this type of day. That is the general outlook of the site.
