Customization to Tufat Flashcard greeting card system - Actionscript and Flash

We have a new need for someone a bit savy in Flash and Actionscripts. We are using a modified version of a greeting card form are thrilled with the way it works except for the following 2 things 1. We want to be able to change the color of the graphics (currently the system accepts swf, png, jpg files and we are using a number of swf files in our graphics library and want to allow the users to change the color of the image similar to how they can change the color of a circle they draw). 2. We also would like to be able to rotate graphics (currently you can rotate the text but not the other elements so it may be easy to tweak) We have all the flash files and actionscripts and were thinking someone with some expertise could probably pull this off fairly quickly. We checked your profile and saw you have flash and actionscript expertise so we thought we’d see if this was something you could do. Here is a link to the generic unmodified version of the card system <[login to view URL]> Note this version uses mainly jpgs for graphics but ours are mostly swfs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux server must work with all browsers.
