Custom PHPNuke Theme

I need a custom designed PHPNuke Theme (with matching PHPBB forum template)... in the high-tech style found at mtechnik.net... (please visit the [login to view URL] site before posting a bid if you are not familiar with the style)... This theme should be 100% width, main colors are dark-purpley-blue, silvery metal look (chrome), with grays and blacks. Preferably all 'metal' areas should have some sort of scratched or brushed look to them. We are a gaming community with a Wolf as our main symbol... a good design will integrate this aspect into the theme. This will be a dark theme, with a gaming community in mind. Very aggressive looking, buttons and flashy doodads. Text size should be 11px, no smaller than 10px. Flash header preferred but not necessary if the design is good without. Experienced PHPNuke designers only please. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
