Custom Flash Video Player We are looking for a Flash 8 compatible video player similar to Brightcove, Metacafe or Soapbox. The project will be Actionscript heavy. Player will be embeded in webpages and should provide progressive download of the FLV file over Linux/Apache (not a Flash Server). Videos will already reside on the server as .FLV (Flash Video 8) so do not include any video conversion in your quotes. **Player features:** * Initial load will load the thumbnail for the video * Initial click of player starts video with (play logo) * Clicking player during play/pause goes to set URL in new window * Text under controller (Share this video ------ More Videos) which show the resepctive HTML codes inside the flash video * Display link/ad at the end of the video * Maximize in browser/double the video size of the player * 10-12 total flashvars (ie. playlist= autostart= logourl= startimage= color= bufferlength= referrerID= ) Controller features: * Play, pause button * Back to beginnig/replay button * Scrubbing with progressive download bar * Time 00:00 * Volume/mute button * Show buffering % Playlist: * Playlist ON/OFF docked to the right of the player * Support for an XML playlist which will display videos and thumbnails **Design:** * We can provide the graphical elements ## Deliverables **Requirements:** * Previous expereience with Flash Video Player development required! * Fully functional player according to the specifications * Complete multiple system/browser testing * Complete FLV source files * Complied sources into two separate versions of the player a FULL player and a LIGHT (feature restricted) player. * Provide proper embedding codes (non-EOLAS patent) supported by modern browsers (IE5.5+, FF 1+) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
