Create landingspage - repost

I need a landingspage for a new Cloud Backup service. The landingpage must contain a registration form with iDeal / Paypal payment Method and after the payment has been succesfully the account must be automatically created on our reseller platform of livedrive. (API is available) step 1: create landingspage (very professional and oustanding, unique design) step 2: create registration form step 3: after registration, user must pay via Sisow Epay (iDeal/Paypal) see: [login to view URL] (api and module available for some systems) step 4: after payment, the account must be provided automatically. (we are reseller of livedrive, API is available) Everything needs to be designed. If possible, with backend where we can find registrations. May be also Joomla of other CMS.
