I need someone with cutting edge design skills and solid knowledge of phpnuke to design a phpnuke theme(with matching phpbb) for an entertainment website which am giving a makeover and install it for me on my server.I kind of have an idea of what I need but it would be nice for you to take my ideas to the next level.I would like to have a drop down menu like they have at [url removed, login to view](basically the whole theme should have a sensibility like that of [url removed, login to view] but just more entertainmnet friendly) and the ability to have banner ads or google ads in the middle of stories like they have at [url removed, login to view] ie when some one clicks "read more" there should be a banner ad in between what someone has already read and the rest of the [url removed, login to view] be able to place banner Ads on [url removed, login to view] be able to place google ads in as many places as possible.

I would also like the following modules installed for me:

-a couple of phpbb mods and hacks

-coppermine photogallery(would like to have ability to place Ads on there)

-a classifieds module

-shoutcast suite from [url removed, login to view](this I will buy for you to install)

-current version of friendfinder from [url removed, login to view] (this I will buy for you to [url removed, login to view] may need a bit of cleaning up)

-Oscommerce shopping cart

-daily cartoon for [url removed, login to view]

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
