Build a website

Hello - A new telecommunications start-up company is looking for a web programmer to develop a website for the company. The programmer will work under the direction of a graphics/usability designer. Must be a programmer who is conversant with Macromedia Flash, can quickly take a graphical idea from someone else and program it, and build the backend of this system using pHp and MySQL. This would be a negotiable long term arrangement, with an up front one-time cost that would involve the initial construction of the website. The website will allow consumers from around the world to select various product offerings, sign up with them, and register them into a database. It will allow them to change account settings, technical settings, registration information, and other personal information. Looking for a programmer with a history of this type of work, fast, patient and a team player. While bidding, please keep in mind that this would be a one time fee for working with this company to construct the website, working for as many hours (within reason) that it will take to make the website work. You like to "make the project your own" and don't mind doing edits/reedits to make it happen. If the project is a success, a long term arrangement as the permanent administrator is a very high possibility. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) The website must be a completed, professional work (frontend and backend), such as something seen at [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or related site. The programmer will have the responsibility of implementing the designer's ideas. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
