Build Small Template Site: HTML/FLASH

I need to build a small site. It is based on an HTML/FLASH template. I will also include a PHP/MySQL photo management system. The photo management system will need to be integrated into the site. The FLASH template will need to be edited and updated with new images and labels, etc.. There will be one contact us form which will send an email via PHP mail function. ## Deliverables MORE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS: I need to build a small site. It is based on an HTML/FLASH template. I like the rollover effect, but I would need to remove the jumpiness. I will also need to have the option to easily turn on/off the sound effects. They get annoying after a while.
