Autotrader website design

We need to upgrade our website similar in function and design to autotrader.com. Our current website is [login to view URL] and runs on the [login to view URL] platform. We would like to keep it on the [login to view URL] platform but have added features like autotrader.com. We are similar to auto trader in that we help advertise cars for people, purchase them out right, offer trade in quotes, and offer bad or good credit financing. We are different in that we complete the whole sale for the customer, offering financing and accepting trade-ins on the vehicle they are selling. We also have 3 car lots so far where customers can come in and either sell their vehicle or purchase a vehicle. We offer a few different consignment packages where the customer brings their vehicle in and and also website only listings. The site needs to be fully functional, allowing customers to purchase the selling package, go through a secure checkout, and upload photos and information about their vehicle. Basically we need this site to operate like [login to view URL] and have all of the back end functionality we currently have with [login to view URL] plus added back end functionality for the shopping cart and customers who uploaded their own photos. We will also need reoccurring billing available for customers bringing their cars to one of our lots as we charge a monthly lot rent fee.
