AdWords API Ad Creator

I am looking for a web app that will allow users to login and create ads using google adwords. We are looking for programmers who are very familiar with AdWords API who can show me demos. The app should do the following 1. User login 2. Allow easy creation of ads 3. Allow duplication of ads to other ad groups 4. good reporting and charting to show ad results 5. interface with google analytics 6. allow testing of ads If you have ANY AdWords API based apps let me know and let me see demos. We are looking for php, ruby, or even flash (actionscript) apps. So if you have one let me see a demo. Otherwise if you know the AdWords API then bid.
