clean up of existing site and add a job board to our vacacies page(repost)

** UPDATE** my apologies for not responding previously due to illness i was unable to complete the first auction, so i have reactivated this and would appreciate any new bidders Hello we are looking for a coder to help with our small company website, we are an Aviation Recruitment Company based in the UK. the website was designed and implemented by myself (self taught with Dreamweaver) my coding will need cleaning up as said i am self taught(read useless) <[login to view URL]> we also require a more robust vacancies board on our site which will allow candidates to upload there resumes easier and also make it easier for us to process them, we would need easy access for our consultants to post jobs(some online interface for them to login??) as at present i do this with dreamweaver and really dont have time to keep doing it, we are open to suggestions for the website and would be willing to consider some level of redesign to make it cross browser compatable ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
