box25 Fixes for datafeed plugin(repost)

As you will have seen from the version of the datafeed plugin I sent to you on for the Amazon work, the Datafeed plugin has become quite advanced. I feel that it is worthwhile spending some time and money on reviewing the code, doing a tidy-up of the code and reviewing how things have been done in the plugin to see if there are any speed gains, stability gains or improvements to be made. I do have some specific areas that I want you to look at, but I also want you to review the whole code and tell me/make an improvements that will make the plugin more stable and quicker. 1. I have some users complain that the tables do not get created, on any system I have tested it on it works fine, but on some it does not create tables, can you look at this 2. The error message about the database privileges is not working correctly, again with mine it works fine, but on some systems it falsly reports that the mysql user does not have the privileges when it does. Removing this message on those systems allows the plugin to work fully. Can you look at this, if there is no clear reason for this I think it is better to remove this error check as it is my main support query. 3. can you add gzip support to the plugin, it currently supports zip only 4. the automatic re-import system on the URL feeds does not appear to work.
