This should be an easy project for someone who knows what they're doing.
We require customisation to a standard aMember installation. In effect it will be used to manage freelance writers who create personalised documents for our customers. Customers will subscribe using the standard aMember system, and the administrator will assign them to a specific writer. The writer can then view a questionnaire previously submitted by the customer and write a document to suit the customer's requirements. The administrator approves the document and then exports it to a CSV file.
In addition to the regular aMember features, the system will need to be able to:
* Allow registered customers to submit multiple questionnaires (store in MySQL db)
* Allow administrators to add new writers (giving them a username and password)
* Enable registered writers to log in to aMember (not as a customer, but as a writer) to view list of documents they are required to write.
* Allow administrators to assign customers to writers in bulk
* Allow administrators to approve documents (submitted by writers) in bulk
* Allow customers to view documents that have been created for them

* Excellent knowledge of PHP and MySQL
* Experience with customising aMember

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
