If you have standard charge rates please mention the break up of the development and support costs. **Source code: **The source code should neatly indented, commented and documented such any future developments/debugging by a third party is possible. **Broken links: **The website should not have any broken links. ## Platform Not specific about technologies but prefer something that is stable, easy to maintain and technology that will stay.
