Database and Web App Project

We require a simple database-driven web application that will allow us to create, edit, view and delete records of companies and associated objects. We will provide a full database model as well as a guide for the form layouts and styles. Your input is welcome on both of these. You will need to create the database and then the forms to update and manipulate the records. There are a number of linked objects in which case you will include a pre-populated drop-down for these fields (where it is linked). There are also some steps where the user will need to add multiple objects against a record which will have to take place within the record adding process. Please review the model we have supplied - the new record function will be in the form of a 4 or 5 step wizard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) with source code 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
