I need a freelancer to create a script or program that will upload a file on my PC at set time period like 1 hour to my VPS. Then my program can load the URL every 1 hour. Everytime the file loads per hour the program needs to erase the old file and replace with the new one. This is an urgent project and I need completed really quick.
