Cubecart 4 Modifications

The site is for a shipping broker. Basically we take shipping informations from customers then manually order shipping from a carrier we select. I have attached helpful documents. Would like quote for just the shipping formulas modification + quote for entire cart development using Cubecart ver 4 The details of the project are: - Most of the functions - Sameday, Pallets, Europe and Worldwide will just be web forms which the customer completes and the form contents get emailed to my customer at Global Parcels. -The real complexity is the uk to uk parcel service. The customer will go to a page/product (something like this but as a CubeCart product [login to view URL] ) Product or backend of cubecart must take -From and To zip codes (UK) -The dimensions LxWxH -The "True" weight in kg's (and possibly other measurment systems) -Select the service required from a drop down list (48hr, 24hr, 24 hr home, 12 noon, 10am, 9am, Saturday am, NIA 24hr, NIS 48hr, NIDIA 10am and High/Isl 48hr) -The following needs to be done: -Check the postcodes against the attached postcode list and add £20 to the final price if either are a postcode highlighted in yellow or pink. -Do a volumetric weight calculation LxWxH/6000 then compare it with the true weight then use the higher of the two weight values to get the price based on the service selected. (see Web [login to view URL] attached) -Generate the price in cubecart. -If completed customer can send/checkout the parcel, they click on continue/next.... which goes to the cubecart checkout - Discount codes are need (CC ver 4 alrdy has) so customers can enter a code at checkout or somewhere before checkout to apply a fixed % discount. -Will need generated cubecart invoice to have a field for tracking. Field will be blank until we manually place order with carrier get a tracking number then add number to customer invoice in databse. If possible customer will get email saying tracking is ready. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
