I am in need of an application which can install a virtual webcam / virtual frame grabber and be able to acquire streaming video (flash, wmv, avi) as the source. I would like to be able to run more than one instance of the program at a time which would require every instance to have a different device name. A clear explanation of how this could be done with the provided source code is all I require. There are several programs such as WebCamSplitter which are able to install a virtual camera. I am looking for a virtual device that fits the same specifications.
