Create a Palm Library Application

I have a homemade Access database with about 7500 records in it. It is a personal library. I need this data converted into a PDA database. I need a application that can be installed on a computer running Windows ME, and that links to a Visor PDA. The whole thing needs to be easy to install and run as my 84 year old father will be using it. He'll need to be able to enter his books on the laptop and sync to the Visor. It'll need to update the entire database on the Visor each time it syncs as he frequently lets the Visor battery go dead. View the Access DB for example of what I need. The records would updated on the PC and the PDA would be primarily view only, though some basic editing capability would be useful. Also I'd like to track the cost of new books as they were entered, and that is a field that does not exist currently on the table as such. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows XP and Window ME for the PC and palm software for the PDA
