Create PDF from MySQL data using PHP

This project is to write a PHP script that will create PDFs with data from a MySQL database. The script will fetch data from two tables in the database and merge into a PDF document, saving copies of each PDF created ??" locally on the server. The flow should be as follows;- 1. Look up first record in ‘customerentry’ get ‘[login to view URL]’ 2. Find matching records in ‘[login to view URL]’ get ‘[login to view URL]’ 3. Create PDF with data merged from tables as shown below. 4. Repeat for all records in ‘customerentry’ 5. No PDF required for records in ‘customerentry’ where no matching record in ‘emailaddress’ Merge fields as follows and corresponding database location:- [FirstName] ??" [login to view URL] [LastName] ??" [login to view URL] [Title] ??" [login to view URL] [Address1] ??" [login to view URL] [Address2] ??" [login to view URL] [Address3] ??" [login to view URL] [Address4] ??" [login to view URL] [PostalCode] ??" [login to view URL] [EmailAddress] ??" [login to view URL] Note there may be more than one ‘[login to view URL]’ for each ‘[login to view URL]’. Attached to this project is an example PDF document showing the merger positions. The PDF generated must be using Helvetica font, on A4 paper with margins and line spacing to match sample supplied. The PDF class utilised must not require ‘installation;’ on the customer server. Due to time constraints on this project please only bid if you have previous experience in generating this sort of script. You must include timescale for delivery with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
