Crawler work: pull RSS off craigslist then email poster

I want to email a message to people who post mortgage stuff on craigslist, i.e. <[login to view URL]> Needs: - To be able to define the rss feeds in a well commented php script, i.e. so i can easily add more (I'm not a programmer but not afraid of looking at php) - To add emailed ppl to a sql db so that we don't email them too often, i.e. more than 1 time per week, and ideally stores all of them to a db, and won't send to multiples, i.e. if the same person posts to 5 different RSS feeds, they only get one msg (assuming the same email is used) - email anywhere in the RSS OR its source is detected, i.e. on craigslist the poster's email doesn't appear in the RSS, but does in the original link / header. - simple text email is fine, within a php script that's well commented so I can periodically edit. - run once a day at like 3am on a cron. - a easy on-off switch by editing a php tag/var, i.e. so I can easily suspend it if I like. We have a full debian linux server, no cpanel, we do have phpmyadmin. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
