Convert PDF Cheat Sheets to Simple HTML

**What we need done** DZone needs a series of approximately 25 technical cheat sheets converted from Adobe PDF to simple, clean HTML. DZone Refcardz are free, 6-page PDF cheat sheets for developers and designers. The originals are all professionally laid out in Adobe InDesign format, but now we'd like to make the same content available via HTML. The target HTML is so simple that it is almost a "plain text" version of the original PDF document, with very basic headings, tables and preformatted code blocks. The original PDF documents are very uniformly designed and fairly easy to convert by hand. Please note that it is NOT acceptable to use Acrobat's "Export to HTML" function for this job. We have very specific, semantically clean and uniform HTML requirements for the output, and the Acrobat automatic export cannot come close. We have found no better strategy than simple, manual copy&paste for this work. **What we already have** All the current DZone Refcardz can be viewed online at http://refcardz.com. The PDF versions can also be downloaded from there, but a free one-time registration is required. Once we have selected a provider, we will supply a private download link from which all the original PDF files can be downloaded. We have attached a sample PDF cheat sheet as well as the beginning of the converted HTML output we would like to produce. You will see that it is extremely simple and clear, using only the most basic tags and absolutely minimal styling. **Timeframe for delivery** This is a short-term project which should require no more than an hour or so of efficient copy&paste to convert each cheat sheet. We would like to have the entire project completed within 14 days. **Additional projects to follow** DZone releases a new cheat sheet every week, so we will likely do additional projects once we locate a reliable provider for this type of work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working HTML source code files for each converted cheat sheet. There should be one HTML file per cheat sheet, along with any necessary image files for diagrams, graphics, etc. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform W3C Standard HTML 4.0
