Conversion of html ecommerce web site to osCommerce / zenCart web site

We have an existing ecommerce web site which uses an external 3rd part shopping cart. We wish to have this web site re-written using either the osCommerce or the zenCart product. Would prefer zenCart for ease of future maintenance. Current web site sells accessories for law enforcment and military and is divided in separate pages by manufacturer. there are currently over 100 unique pages with the site, many display 100 product only, the new site would not necessarily follow that style, osCommerce lends itself to displaying multiple items on a page which would reduce the amount of needed pages. The site currently sends buy information to a 3rd part cart for credit card processing. The new site would use the features available within osCommerce or zenCart to handle credit card processing. We also want an interface from the site to the Quickbooks Pro sales tool passing sales information to reduce keying duplication. We have a url available as a test environment. Delivery would be expected in 45 days after start of work. personnel will be available to provide design insight and answer any questions. Graphics are available with staff ready to create new ones to provide a web site "tone". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform web server, html, php, mysql, Internet Explorer, Firefox
