I would like a content management system for my football team. The site will need secure log in for the super users / manager so that they can update fixtures / results / latest news / player profiles etc.
Sections of the site will need to be written in xhtml so that players can access the site from their mobile phones.
The site will need a message board where fans have to sign up for an account to post messages.
I would like there to be an account for each player to set up Blog capabilities.
The site will need to be able to upload pictures.
As you can have more than 1 team at the club e.g. First team, veteran team, under 18s etc The database architecture need to be set up to allow users to click on a button and the website will show the user only reports / fixtures for the specified team.
I've attached a simple screen shot of how I see the site. It will need to be written with templates so that I can move sections around if I desire.
The results /fixtures / statistics section should be of similar qulaity to:

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
