Communication System to Manage Orders online

We need a web site setup to help us manage and outsource our orders over several different embroidery and screen printing shops. The system needs to allow us to setup individual online accounts for each shop we outsource our work to. These shops need to be able to log in daily and let us know how many orders they are able to handle that particular day. Then we need to be able to dispense our orders easily. Each shop needs to be able to log on to there account and download a digitized file that will enable them to complete the order. They need to be able to tell where the final product will be shipped to and be able to print out a shipping label for the product. Once the product has been completed by the shop they need to be able to check it off on the site or let us know why they could not complete the product. Basically we need to be able to manage all of our orders, check the progress of our products and have a complete secure line of communication via the web with all of our embroidery and screen printing shops. This does not require graphic design or anything, it just has to be simple and easy for our shops to get the information they need to complete the order and for us to always know the status of each order we outsource. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)A web page needs to be developed where we can create secured accounts with username and password for each embrodiery and screenprinting shop we outsource our work to. 5)Each shop needs to be able to logonline daily and let us know how many orders they are able to handle for that day. 6)We need to be able to upload a digitized image, type of prodcut and style they will need to be used, mailing address where the product will have to be shipped for each order we outsource. The shop needs to be able to easily download the image on there end and print the shipping label with once click. 7) Once the shop has complete our order they need to indicate it on the site so we can always monitor the order status. If they can not complete the order for a particular reason they need to be able to indicate why on the site also. 8)the entire site needs to be easily viewable on a pocket PC so we can monitor our orders from anywhere. ## Platform Pocket Pc, windows
