Church/Pastor Job Search Site

Project: Pastor/Church Matching System (similar in function to online job search or dating systems) Description: Pastors and other church employees seeking employment, along with churches looking for pastors/staff, can subscribe to the service and list their profiles along with pictures and PDF or Word attachments such as resumes. There will be one price for churches to list their profile online, and a lower price for pastors to list their resumes. Anyone can search the profiles of churches and pastors listed, however, unless they are subscribers to the system, they will be unable to view complete profiles or get contact information. When someone signs up we want a password and username they have created in the signup process to become immediately activated. We can either process credit cards online, or offline using our already existing phone-based merchant account. Using the search function of the site, pastors and churches can then search for "matches" based upon searchable criteria like church size or years of pastoral experience. Finally, we need just a simple "backend" where we can send emails to subscribed users, and where renewal reminders are sent automatically when a user's susbscription nears its end. We will also need access to modify listings, and delete/modify user accounts. We've been using this document internally to dream about how we'd like the site to function, so some things referred to in the document may not make sense, however, we've tried to give you adequate information to understand what we're trying to create. We'd appreciate a response with an estimate of cost and a time frame for completing this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
