Building Management Web site design

We need a web site design for a Building Management site. This site is used for the users who want to buy a condo and order their internal network and TV from a company who is doing the wiring and networking in the building. The detail navigation of the system is defined in the attached document. There is another static site that is used to present building information at <[login to view URL]>. Graphic design should be able to compete with this one. The first page of the system will have the login process just like: <[login to view URL]>. You need to use similar or better stylesheet. I will send you the userid and password later on. First page should be enough impressive. Other pages can more likely use kind of template. I am going to send another bid for a developer to write the code behind your graphic design. The application will be in .Net. Your logo, template, etc needs to be used in .Net application. You need to have patient and be able to work with the other developer well so that we can merge the design with the code at the end. The end of the project is when the design is approved by our customer and is completely merged with the code of developer. This is a project for our customer. The final approval will be done by our customer. We do need to have time to present this to our client and come back with their feedback. It might take from 2 to 5 days to get some response from them and I would like you to be aware of it in advance. I do want you to look at the attached document before you send any bid. I would like You to ask specific question about the system to assure me you have looked on the attached document and the links that I sent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .Net Platform
