Borders incorrect in Firefox, Netscape and other browsers, not in Internet Explorer

The issue we are having with our osCommerce website is that in browsers other than Internet Explorer, especially Firefox and Netscape, the home page as well as all other pages seems to be having the column borders, borders around the header and others, incorrectly calculated, throwing the page alignment off which looks crummy. Not sure what could be causing this as I have adjusted a couple PHP files to adjust. Then look at the same site in Firefox and Netscape browsers to see the differences. You should notice the differences. We would like to get this issue fixed in ALL browsers, not just Firefox and Netscape. We do not feel comfortable giving out access to our FTP or database, so in your bid, please specify which files you will need to update and whether this will be a problem in the coding of this fix. I do not believe the issue is related to the db, rather I am thinking there are a couple PHP files that just need some code added. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to run on all Browser platforms including Internet Exporer, Firefox, Netscape, and others as well as not break anything in the process.
