Blogger Calendar? and Email Info Request Form

PART 1:

I am designing a site for a friend of mine and they would like a monthly calendar that they can update from their computer. It should look just like a calendar (not text only). I would like them to be able to enter the information they want in each square of the calendar. Then, someone viewing the site should be able to mouse over each of the days and see the text enlarged somewhere on the page. For an example, please view the calendar on the site <[url removed, login to view]> - the calendar I am looking for would not be shaped like the pages of a book however, but just a flat calendar.

PART 2:

My client would also like people viewing the site to be able to request information using a form. The client would like the information from the form to be emailed to them.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I am designing the site in Dreamweaver MX using OS Windows XP Pro. It must be viewable in 3.0 + versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape navigator for PCs and also must be viewable on Macs using Safari.
