Part one will involve the building of 23 web pages from within Adobe GoLive CS based on three templates. The website design is complete and all page designs, graphics and text files will be provided to the contractor. The graphic design work was completed using Adobe Photoshop CS with each element in a separate layer and based upon initial testing it does not appear that our design requirements will allow for a direct import from Photoshop CS to GoLive CS through the applications preexisting integration. Contractors wishing to test their ability to provide for direct import may do so on their own time either before bidding or after. A sample Photoshop file is provided in the download area below. You will also be responsible for building all website navigation throughout the site and to test the finished site for compatibility using CSS for multi-platform and multi-browser environments. We will provide an archive that will contain initial GoLive CS site files, all graphic and text files, and an Adobe Acrobat web design archive of all twenty-three pages, as they need to appear in the final web site. Part two will involve the construction of one webform that needs to be tied to a MySQL database that is provided by our hosting partner. This form will contain some 15 questions and needs to populate the mysql database. We also need a process for inquires of the database as well as a way to pull the database down to our offline systems. Part three will involve the posting of the deliverable contractors test environment for acceptance testing. The contractor shall also be responsible for posting the accepted site to our hosting partner as the last deliverable. While we are making sample pages available as part of the bidding process to assist contractors in scoping the effort for their bids, these files only contain the actual graphical layout and sample text. The winning bidder will need to execute our NDA agreement before the project files will be delivered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All deliverables need to be either in Adobe GoLive CS for the Macintosh platform or of a compatiable form.
