Automated music organizing page

I am looking for a small site to be made that can do the following: Front End ---- The page will be a table with 6 rows or so and 2 columns. In each of the table parts there will be an artist name and song name that somebody can click. This will take them to another page where it will say the name of the Artist and the name of the track. It'll use <noembed>to embed the song so it can be played. On that page it also needs to have alphabetical links at the top so anyone can clikc a letter at any time and then be taken to the first song by an artist whose name starts with that letter. At the bottom of the page it will automatically have a page count created. It'll show the current page number, allow someone to click the next page, or click previous page. To add songs --- To add songs I'd like to be able to go into a panel, write in the arist name, write in the song name, and provide a link to the mp3 for the song. It shoujld automatically take that, put it in the table where it belongs (in alphabetical order), and create the "play page" that displays when someone clicks the link in the table (where it shows the artist name, song name and automatically embeds the url into the <noembed>tag). ------- I will provide the page design for the music listing page, and for the playing page. What I'll need done is the coding to make it work. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
