Aupair website

I need someone to implement a simple aupair web site for me. In essence the functionalities are as follows: - Home page . login for families . login for Aupairs . search & navigation of aupair offers . search & navigation of family offers . a few menu items (eg.: legal discalimer, company profile, link to home page, etc...) - Aupair candidates . registration . login . profile management (with photo upload) . search & navigation of family offers . add to wishlist . review families that have sent application (and evaluate them) as well as those chosen by the aupair . respond to families (without disclosing contact information unless family is premium member or aupair is premium member) . pay premium option via paypal (which gives access to family contact details) . view ongoing negotiations with families and related correspendence if any . etc... - Families (similar to aupairs but seen from the family side) There are several sites around that have several functionalities. We will discuss more in detail of the required functionalities and agree on what will be done. I want almost no graphic except for the logo (which I will provide) and consistency of the page design. Possibility to change the page style via css style sheets. This is a MUST: the HTML must be COMPLETELY SEPARATE from the PHP code. This means that you will have to write an html template where the data is inserted. Another MUST: the code must be CLEAN. This means a lot of things such as config script to define variables and constants, ABSOLUTELY no values within the code (you must use constants for every value), Absolutely no use of exit or goto statements, etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .
