IVR Project Basic Requirements [url removed, login to view] Looking for a coder familiar with the Altigen Phone System Software Development Kit (SDK) that can program the system to be capable of the following touch-tone IVR order entry system:. [url removed, login to view] Telephone IVR Capabilities "Script" Customer Dials WB (either into our Altigen Auto-Attendant, or directly into special telephone number dedicated to IVR): "Please Enter Your Customer Number" "Please Enter Your Passcode" (Store number and passcode are verified against ERP database) "Please enter the item # you wish to order" "Please enter the number of cases" "You entered X cases of item XXX. If this is correct, please press 1 to continue. If incorrect, please press 2 to try again" (Item # and # Cases are compared to ERP database of allowed items - ERP system will return either an "OK to continue" signal, or return one of several error messages that will need to be relayed to customer. Assuming an OK is returned, the IVM process continues) "Please enter the next item # you wish to order, or press 9 to complete your order." (After pressing 9, IVR system relays this to ERP system which then will return an Order number and order $ total) "Thank you for placing your order with us. The total dollar amount is $245.45 and your confirmation number is XXXXXX. If you would like e-mail confirmation of your order, please press 1 now. Have a nice day?" Note: System must allow person to transfer to an operator at any time by pressing "x".
