Advanced search engine

Hello, I am looking for a programmer interested in developing an advanced personal search engine, with speed and accuracy as main objects. Personal meaning that the search engine should treat people different depending on age and sex. It should be a search engine with billions of pages, should be able to cache it inside memory to increase speed. The language is either PHP or CGI depending on speed and I would suggest MySQL. Any other suggestions?
