Advanced C# GUI [Pre-trading System]

**1. Scope** **“Systems Designer?? is an application that allows analysts the ability to test different rules for buying and selling stocks. A “pilot?? version of the application has been successfully evaluated and it has been decided to proceed and develop this application using C# .NET** **The major tasks involve:** *** Converting and making improvements to the current user interface from VB6 to .NET** *** Designing new screens to manage and store “Portfolios?? (groups of stocks that are used for testing), Set additional system specific options and finally view the results of systems once they have been executed on pre-defined Portfolios.** *** Making changes and enhancements to the MS Access database as needed.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. All executables will be delivered with a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on Windows 2000/XP platform(s). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Seller is to fully document the source code and provide full descriptions for each class and its main methods to assist buyer in future maintenance of the application. 5) Seller to discuss and receive the consent of the Buyer on any all design and modeling aspects of the application before coding.
