Add feature to Outlook 2000/2003

The requirement is to author a program, eg DLL, in VB6 that adds a new menu item to the pop-up menu in Outlook when right clicking an email. As I want to compete the code myself, I only need a MsgBox to pop up to show me that the code works. The code is to call the following function in the same program: DisplayEmail(sMailFolder as String, oMailItem as Object) - from here I can complete the programming. What I additionally need is code to installing this on a client PC from a button in another program: when this button is clicked, the feature is added to Outlook. I need the code to do this and also the code to uninstall this feature. This code will be copied into a Word document so can be written in VBA using late binding ie Object instead of adding a reference to Outlook.
