I need an database driven website in ASP.NET, framework is simple but its to handle lots of transactions online, rather like an online portal where users will enter their own transactions, as well as facility to upload CSV for many transactions in one go, it will also be searched extensively, so a good understanding of SQL is essential in order to avoid traffic bottleneck.
It will run on Windows 2003 and MS-SQL,? there are drawings and flowcharts to illustrate the inner working of the project, I am hoping to finalize the development by End of Dec- Mid Jan 2006, beta will start after that, and it should go live around Feb-March 2006 for the users.
The developers may also be required to provide supports and further development afterward on a pay per case or contract basis, an NDA is required to the winning bidder, I would prefer communicate via. Skype or other voice video methods to ensure there are good understanding of the project.
It would be good to see some samples if you had already produced something similar, due to the nature of the project, its difficult to price it between small size and medium size, but after discussions, I am sure we will be able to work the pricing out correctly.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
