i need a website set up that will allow users to input information about themselves and pay membership dues...a registration form detailing name, address, and specefics about their nationality...the website needs a few pages of information --home page, contact page, links page, faqs page, registration form page, about us page, terms and conditions page, affiliates and sponsors page...the domain name is set up under go daddy, and a temporary website is up that i tried to put together...i want to fix the site up completely as i am not satisfied with the results thus far...i am not a programmer so i need someone to make my site as soon as possible...i guess paypal would be my best method to receive membership fees, but if its not, i am open to suggestions...i also need some artwork edited....i have some pictures that need to be revised and cropped in a specefic way...for the registration page, i need trackers set up so that my promoters can receive credit for the new members they are responsible for signing up...i would like an automatic email sent to new members when they sign up...i also need a running count of the number of members on a real time basis... for the editing part, i need some pics of mine to be placed into ordinary playing cards (should be simple cropping and embedding)...i'm just looking for an attractive looking site with my images and a 'feel' for poker... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
