describe an educational system

I need someone to write in words [ a report ] about a small educational system. how each function is performing its job, how the process is done, how information is retrieved and stored in the database…. etc. The report must contain the following : - Description in written words - Flowcharts and diagrams - Academic style - you must have messenger for online conversation to describe the system for you.
