Audio Transcription

We have around 9 to 10 hours of Audio and we need it to be transcribed (typed to text by listening to it). The person who can understand the english language accurately with respect to the accent is welcome to bid. Attached please find the 5 minute MP3. We want you to show us your sample by typing some of the text from it (say 3-4 minutes worth). Based on the accuracy and price we will consider the person. If you are still interested to work on this, then kindly inform me and I will select you within 2-3 days. The project of recording started yesterday. We have uploaded at the moment 2 sound files on the ftp. After acceptance of this bid, you need to download a software and the sound files from the FTP. The software opens the sound files and you can then either use the software to listen to the audio or convert by a click of a button the audio to WAV. Although there are three files, it is all from the same interview session, conducted on Wednesday, Jan 24. I have mentioned the date at the beginning of each file, so they can be kept together. It may seem like a lot, but the actual amount of transcribing is less, because the interview was conducted during an a ctual bodywork session. Satyarthi was working on a model, so there are lots of pauses and gaps. Also, he speaks very slowly. It may be useful for you to have a book on human anatomy handy, while typing, because there are lots of references to specific muscles and body parts. I have done my best to spell aloud most of the difficult words, during the exchanges between me and Sayarthi. If there are words that you simply cannot understand, kindly let us know. There is no need to type those exchanges or comments, made by either Satyarthi or myself, that are clearly nothing to do with the actual bodywork session (such as references to recording problems).
